It is very important to review the booking instructions and tips below to ensure you have a seamless seat selection process.
Please note that the tables marked as "Square" will have a different seating arrangement at the event than what is shown during the seating selection as they will be rectangular tables with 10 seats onsite.
How to Choose Your Seating:
- Click the “Select Seats Now” link at the bottom of this email.
- Once on the site’s landing page, click the “Get Tickets” button.
- You may choose seats by doing one of the following:
- Click “Choose Your Own Seats.” This will let you view the room diagram and choose from any available seat.
- Have the website find the best seats available by selecting “Any Table” from the drop down menu.
- Once you’ve found the seat you want, simply choose the ticket type that corresponds with your Circle level (i.e. a Diamond office Franchisee should choose one Diamond ticket for each seat selected). All tickets are free.
- Once all tickets are chosen, click “Checkout.”
- Fill in the required information on the checkout page. If booking multiple seats, you will need to provide information for each person.
- Be prepared with your event registration confirmation number, as it will be a required field. If you don’t have this on file, you can retrieve your confirmation number by going to the event homepage, clicking “Modify Registration”, then clicking the “Forgot your confirmation number?” link.
- Once you have entered all required information, you may check out.
- Your seats are now reserved! A confirmation email will be sent to you after booking.
Helpful Tips:
- It is highly recommended to use your desktop computer for seat selection. If using a mobile device, be sure to change your view to “desktop.” Otherwise, you will not be able to select a specific seat. Rather, the system will auto-assign you the best available seat.
- Seats are first-come, first-served. If you miss your booking window, you can still select a seat at a later window, but selection will become more limited the longer you wait.
- It may be helpful to have one person book on behalf of the entire office*. Gather all necessary information before starting the process.
- If booking a ticket for yourself, please note you will be asked to fill in your name and email as the primary booking party, and again as part of your ticket.
- All seat selections will be reviewed regularly by the Events Team and are subject to reassignment if necessary. Booking on behalf of any Franchisee or staff member outside of your ownership group or Circle level will not be permitted.
- Seating assignments will be visible on the ILC mobile app for easy reference.
*Tickets are limited by Circle Level. Diamond offices will be allowed to select 20 seats. Sapphire offices will be allowed to select 14 seats. Platinum offices will be allowed to select 10 Seats. Gold will be allowed to select 8 seats. Silver will be allowed to select 6 seats. Circle/Bronze will be allowed to select 4 seats. Non-Circle/EEI Employees will be allowed to select 2 seats.
